My name is Amanda and I am a 30 something year old Pastry chef with a degree in Pastry and Culinary arts. I was the head cake decorator and assistant pastry chef of a busy custom cake shop for about 10 years before starting my home baking and tutorial blogging journey. I have decorated thousands.. yes thousands of cakes from a simple buttercream birthday cake with roses to a 13 tier wedding cake. I also like to make pastry and other tasty treats that fill a dessert table that is sure to wow the guests of any event.
My goal with this blog is to provide you with tutorials and videos on how to do the things I love and enjoy creating with a hope that you can grow your passion for all things sweet.
